Monsora comes as a dessert house that serves delicious desserts, with a beautiful dining atmosphere. In 2024, Monsora Dessert House became a subsidiary of Mantappu Corp. The journey of sweet success continued, solidifying its status as a nationwide dessert phenomenon.
Qualification
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent; education in hospitality or food service is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or food and beverage, especially in cafes or coffee shops, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Friendly, reliable, well-presented, and possessing a strong work ethic
- Passion for coffee and delivering high-quality beverages
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Manage customer transactions, take orders, and deliver friendly and efficient service.
- Ensure that the workspace and customer areas remain clean and organized, following hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory management and report any shortages of ingredients to the Store Manager.
