Qualification

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies or other relevant fields.
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience.
Social media, trend/issues savvy and creative.
Up-to-date with current trends and popular issues.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Capable of planning, organizing, and executing events effectively.
Capable of managing community development, public relations, event organizing, or social media management.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Mantappu talent supporters (fanbase) through group chats, online & on-site meetings, and event activations.
Initiate or supervise events organized by the fanbase, ensuring smooth execution and providing a satisfying experience for fans.
Create creative content ideas for talents and collaborate with talents and related divisions.
Provide solutions during talent crisis, monitor crisis development, and track circulating information.
Prepare weekly reports on discussions or activities within the talent supporter communities (fanbase).
Create monthly analysis reports of the managed talent's social media performance based on collected data.
