Established in May 2020, our homegrown beauty brand had humble beginnings, Glxssy Beauté, starting with the production of lip gloss as a small business venture. Today, we are on the path to becoming a leading local beauty brand, in partnership with Mantappu Corp.
We aspire to create an extensive range of beauty products that accentuate the inner beauty of each individual. As a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, we are committed to delivering high-quality and accessible cosmetics, empowering everyone to confidently express heir unique sense of style.
Qualification
- Preferably based on Jakarta Barat, with round-the-clock availability for reporting and immediate contact.
- Strong skills in e-commerce platforms and advanced Excel capabilities; must own a reliable laptop and smartphone.
- Minimum of 1 years in e-commerce or related fields; experience managing personal e-commerce businesses is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Run and monitor advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms to boost sales and product visibility.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and order-related questions promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely fulfillment.
- Manage customer requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
- Update and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Serve as a live host for e-commerce during emergencies (if needed)
- Compile sales data daily, learning to analyze trends and present insights to support decision-making.
