Established in May 2020, our homegrown beauty brand had humble beginnings, Glxssy Beauté, starting with the production of lip gloss as a small business venture. Today, we are on the path to becoming a leading local beauty brand, in partnership with Mantappu Corp.
We aspire to create an extensive range of beauty products that accentuate the inner beauty of each individual. As a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, we are committed to delivering high-quality and accessible cosmetics, empowering everyone to confidently express heir unique sense of style.
Qualification
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in the cosmetic industry, with knowledge of current trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights to drive strategic product decisions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to the success of the cosmetic company's product portfolio
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on competitors' cosmetics and market trends
- Communicate with partners, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist in project updates and coordination
- Brainstorm ideas for new cosmetic products
- Research ingredients and packaging options
- Support in prototype development
