Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Proven 1-2 years of experience as a TikTok Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful TikTok campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools/software.
- Flexibility to adapt to part-time or freelance work schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing TikTok marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Help create engaging and shareable TikTok content that resonates with the target audience.
- Support the management and optimization of TikTok accounts, including follower engagement and community management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in identifying and collaborating with TikTok influencers and creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
